• Check-in :  4:00-6:00 PM
• Check-out:  11:00 AM
• Special arrangements for late arrivals or early departures can be made at time of reservation.
• Children 12 years or older  are welcome
• Well-behaved younger children  are welcome with special permission
• Occupancy is based on two(2) people per room.
• Smoking is prohibited in any of our guest rooms, common rooms, or porches.  We have designated smoking areas on the grounds that guests may use.  Candle or incense burning are also prohibited.  There will be a $75.00 charge for cleaning if any violations occur.

• Special dietary needs, such as food allergies, vegetarian diet, gluten-free diet, or lactose-free diet, will be met when requested at reservation time.

Reservations

• Reservations require a credit card.  Upon reservation confirmation, we will hold your reservation for you with the full payment due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival-full refund
• If cancellation is made within 7 days and we are able to rebook the room-full refund
• If cancellation is made within 7 days and we are unable to rebook the room-no refund.
• All cancellations must be made by phone to receive a cancellation confirmation number.
• Late arrivals or early departures-no refund.
• All cancellations or date changes- $25.00 fee.
